It seems everybody wants in on the daily coupon deals. Ever since a Group-Coupon company we will call "Brand G" became the fastest growing company in the history of the internet it seems like everybody wants a piece of the action. It started in October 2010 when Yahoo offered $3 Billion dollars to acquire "brand G" and was turned down. It was then rumored that Ebay and Yahoo were willing to up their offer to around $4 Billion dollars but Google stepped in and offered $6 Billion dollars for this 2 year old daily deal company and even they were rejected! The reason "Brand G" gave  for turning down Google's billion-dollar offer was that they felt their current valuation was in excess of $20 Billion but they hadn't finished calculating their value yet and Google told them to "name their price" when they were ready! 

"Brand G" says that at 50 million+ members they had barely scratched the surface of the daily deal market estimating they had reached a small percentage of the actual market! Today we see Amazon investing in the 2nd largest daily deal company that sells $1 Million dollars every day in products or services! Now, Google is jumping into the game with "Google Offers" and the latest Buzz is Facebook jumping into the arena with their own daily deal offering called "Deals." Now comes The Customer Advantage, created by internet marketer and entrepreneur, John Milanoski.  

In watching the trends in the marketplace, he saw the potential of utilizing the social media  influence to benefit the local marketplace. Members join The Customer Advantage for free. Each day the member is sent an offer from a local business to provide a product or service at a substantial discount, typically in the range of 50% off. If the member wants to take advantage of the offer, they simply purchase the coupon that is being offered. The business gains new customer traffic and potential sales volume and the member gets a great deal. In this aspect, the business is very similar to Groupon and Living Social.

The profit sharing component of the business is built around the personal referral of new members and business partners. When a member joins The Customer Advantage they are given a FREE replicated website for the purpose of soliciting new member enrollments. When the personal referral of the member makes a purchase, the referring member will receive 5% of that purchase. The member will also receive a 5% override commission on all members in their referral network through 5 generations. When a member enrolls a local business, they will receive 2% commission on all sales made through the offers made by that local business.

The Customer Advantage is currently in the pre-launch stage and focusing on the registration of new members and businesses. At this time the daily coupons are not being offered, but are expected to begin shortly. Our key to making this business work is the ability of the member to build relationships with other potential members. Personal branding and recommendation will be one of the primary keys to making The Customer Advantage business work. Since the majority of members will simply rely on the company replicated website to build their business, the ability to be unique in presentation will imperative.
